On the one hand, [Company Name], (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), and on the other hand, [Customer Name Surname/Title], (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), have signed this KVKK Agreement under the following conditions.
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations regarding the collection, processing, storage and protection of the Customer's personal data by the Data Controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
- Identity information (Name, surname, Turkish ID number, etc.)
- Contact information (Phone, email, address, etc.)
- Payment information (bank account information, invoice information, etc.)
- Hizmet kullanım bilgileri (rezervasyon, işlem geçmişi vb.)
- Provision and execution of the service,
- Fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations,
- Carrying out communication and information activities,
- Billing, accounting and financial transactions,
- To increase customer satisfaction and service quality.
Customer's personal data will only be processed if it is necessary for legal obligations or the performance of the service;
- To official institutions and organizations,,
- To business partners, suppliers,
- It may be transferred to the competent public authorities.
Data transfer abroad will only be carried out with the express consent of the Customer.
Personal data belonging to the Customer will be stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and will be destroyed by deletion, destruction or anonymization methods upon expiration of this period.
The Customer may apply to the Data Controller;
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Requesting information about it if it has been processed,
- To learn whether it is used for its intended purpose,
- Request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion or destruction within the framework of legal conditions,
- They have the right to know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad.
- Processing personal data in accordance with the law,
- It accepts its obligations to take the necessary administrative and technical measures against unauthorized access, loss, destruction or disclosure.
This agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature.
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of [where the Company Headquarters is located] are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise between the parties.
